And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Dave McCreadie!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, James Ackerman and Paul Tew.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

McCreadie closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Mckinny to the mat! Mckinny manages to get full guard.
Mckinny being controlled here, momentarily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
McCreadie tries to free his leg and advance position but Mckinny is retaining full guard.

McCreadie thows a big elbow that misses.
Mckinny keeping moving, preventing McCreadie from controlling successfully.

Mckinny is working an open guard so McCreadie takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
McCreadie circles away from the clinch attempt.

McCreadie bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Mckinny wants to get back to his feet.
McCreadie is looking to take a break and control but Mckinny is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

McCreadie working the ground and pound but Mckinny is defending the strikes.

Mckinny dodges the ground and pound from McCreadie.
McCreadie slows the pace down.

McCreadie decides to stand up, so the ref orders Mckinny to his feet.
Mckinny swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
McCreadie keeps the fight on the outside.
Mckinny tries to clinch up.
Mckinny tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but McCreadie paws at him with a jab and circles away.
McCreadie misses with a series of wild punches.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
McCreadie throws a nice looking combination but Mckinny bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
McCreadie looks gassed!
Mckinny tries to clinch up but McCreadie circles away and keeps his distance.
clayton Mckinny seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mckinny wants to clinch.
Mckinny misses with a double jab

and McCreadie counters by moving into the clinch.
Mckinny drops to a knee looking for a takedown but McCreadie gets the underhooks and prevents it.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for McCreadie.
Mckinny goes for a takedown attempt but McCreadie pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
McCreadie has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
A left and a right from McCreadie both land. Nice combination.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

and McCreadie counters by moving into the clinch.
McCreadie is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Mckinny pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Mckinny wants a takedown but no success here.
Mckinny is trying to drag McCreadie to the mat but McCreadie just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

McCreadie turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!

McCreadie tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Mckinny is not content to let McCreadie control the position.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Mckinny wants to get back to his feet but McCreadie drags him back down.

McCreadie decides to stand back up. McCreadie steps back and let's Mckinny get back to his feet.
clayton Mckinny is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Mckinny swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and McCreadie counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

McCreadie gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Mckinny regains guard.
McCreadie postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
McCreadie pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Mckinny is keeping the position for now.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

McCreadie is standing up over Mckinny. Mckinny looks to escape but McCreadie dives into side control.
Mckinny bucks up and tries to throw McCreadie off but instead McCreadie has got his back!
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Dave McCreadie showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!


Mckinny tries a head kick but it misses.
McCreadie is trying hard to land a takedown here. Mckinny sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

McCreadie has closed the distance and engaged Mckinny in a clinch.
McCreadie gets underhooks to prevent Mckinny's takedown attempt.

McCreadie pulls Mckinny into guard.
McCreadie preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Mckinny with a flurry of punches that miss.
Mckinny throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
McCreadie is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
McCreadie lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

McCreadie slows the pace down in half guard.

McCreadie decides to stand and escape the position.
A punch combination from Mckinny misses.
McCreadie shoots in but Mckinny avoids the takedown attempt easily.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
McCreadie takes a kick to the side of the head.
McCreadie just misses with a punch to the body.
McCreadie throws a nice looking combination but Mckinny bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Mckinny tries to grapple but his opponent circles

and McCreadie counters by moving into the clinch.
McCreadie tries for a takedown. No joy.
clayton Mckinny has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dave McCreadie.
McCreadie tries to pull guard but Mckinny holds him up against the cage and eventually McCreadie drops back down to his feet.
Mckinny drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

McCreadie breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Mckinny closes the distance but McCreadie moves to the side

and McCreadie counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Mckinny's guard now.
McCreadie loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
McCreadie is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Dave McCreadie has got the better of the ground game so far.

McCreadie gets to his feet - Mckinny follows without any prompting.
Mckinny fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Mckinny throws a right and a left that McCreadie avoids nicely.
Mckinny fails to land with a series of punches.
Mckinny darts in trying to clinch
and McCreadie counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

and McCreadie counters by moving into the clinch.

And that's the end of the fight!
Dave McCreadie comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got McCreadie winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
