Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lam tries to clinch up but Cook circles away and keeps his distance.

Cook shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Lam manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Lam wants to stand but Cook is controlling the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Cook forces his way into half guard.

Cook is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Lam sees it coming and defends easily.
Lam pushes Cook off looking to stand but Cook dives back in and keeps control.

Cook is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Lam defends it well.
Lam wants to get back to his feet.

Cook is working for a kimura but Lam is defending it quite comfortably.
Lam pushes Cook off looking to stand but Cook dives back in and keeps control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Cook is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Lam is trying to escape and Cook transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Lam is forced to tap! Nice work there by Cook! Very nice indeed!
