Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ricky Ross (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jay Z (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Z is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by New York. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ricky Ross! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jay Z! The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Albert Achterberg and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A nice leg kick lands there from Ross. Ross stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Ross wants it to stay on the feet. A slow jab from Ross misses its intended target. Z circles away from the clinch attempt.
Ross tries to clinch up. Ross fails with an attempt to clinch.
Z bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Z is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Ross knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Z goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Ross rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Z's guard! Nice work there by Ross! Z is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Ross is aware though and is defending well. Z is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Z is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Ross is sitting in close to Z's body. Z has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Ross is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Ross is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Z.
