Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Coby Castro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Antonio Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Davis has chosen Deicide - "Scars of the Crucifix" as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Coby Castro! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Antonio Davis! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Andrew Berry and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Castro looks to throw the jab but Davis is out of range. Castro pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Davis shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Castro as he jumps to the side. Castro scores a takedown into full mount! Davis tries to get back to half guard but can't. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Castro landing strikes from the mount. The referee warns Davis that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Castro looking to secure an arm triangle but Davis defends it well. Davis is looking to improve his position but Castro isn't that keen on the idea. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Castro working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Castro fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Davis keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Davis sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Castro is looking for a kimura but Davis is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Castro to get the leverage. Castro is working for a kimura but Davis is defending it quite comfortably.
Davis works his way to full guard. Good work. Davis tries to land a sweep but no joy. Davis is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Davis thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Castro's head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Davis trying to mount his opponent but Castro defends it. Davis is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Castro actively working from the bottom here. Davis tries to pass to full mount but Castro defends it. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Davis working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Castro's thigh. Castro counters though and makes it back to full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Davis will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Davis looks gassed! Castro throws a head kick that misses. Davis slips under a jab from Castro. Castro swings for the body but Davis moves out of range.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. A punch combination from Castro misses. Davis closes this distance looking for a takedown but Castro circles away. Coby Castro has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Antonio Davis. A head kick misses from Castro. Castro throws a series of punches but Davis moves out of range. Davis bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Castro can't do much from the bottom here. Castro manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Coby Castro dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Jab from Castro. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Davis. Davis keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Castro throws a lazy right hand but Davis sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Davis takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
That's one minute gone in the round. Castro tries for a takedown but Davis circles away easily and Davis counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Davis. Castro working for a triangle but Davis defends it easily.
Davis passes easily into side control. Nice work. Davis in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Castro is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Davis landing a few strikes. Davis throwing strikes but missing, from side control. Davis scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Castro to see if he's OK. Davis is breathing heavily. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Davis looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Castro is avoiding damage well.
Davis working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Davis working the strikes but Castro uses the opportunity to regain half guard. Davis throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Castro is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Davis pulls his head out easily. Davis trying to advance position but Castro counters by regaining guard. Davisis looking to pass into half guard but Castro pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Castro is in guard. Davis looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Davis manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Castro manages to get himself to full guard.
Castro is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a tringle but Davis frees his head nicely. Oh but Castro has switched to an armbar! Davis is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
