Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Brian Coley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jon Hardy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Coley's entrance music is Disturbed Inside the Fire. A fine choice. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Brian Coley! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jon Hardy! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Frank Dennis and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Coley lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Hardy has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Hardy and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Hardy shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Coley but Coley pushes him off and we're back to square one. Coley tries to bum rush Hardy with a series of wild strikes but Hardy uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Coley drops Hardy with a beautiful combination! Hardy stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Coley is looking for the KO! Coley cracks Hardy with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Coley has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Hardy to stand back up!
Hardy is rocked! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Coley darts in and clinches Hardy up against the cage. Hardy is still on wobbly legs! Can Coley finish him? Coley breaks the clinch.
Hardy will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Coley clinches up against the cage. Hardy seems to have recovered his senses. Hardy doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Coley throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Hardy is trying to drag Coley to the mat but Coley just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Brian Coley has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jon Hardy. Hardy turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! Coley sneaks back into half guard. Coley pushes Hardy off looking to stand but Hardy dives back in and keeps control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hardy is trying to work for a kimura but Coley is defending well.
Hardy is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Hardy looks gassed!
That's one minute gone in the round. Hardy is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Coley is just riding it out for now. Hardy eventually gives up the hold. Coley controlling the position for now. Coley is trying to control but can't.
Coley looking for submissions off his back. Hardy stops Coley from getting back to his feet.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Coley tries a head kick but it misses.
Hardy avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Hardy fails to land the takedown. Hardy throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Coley's waist but Coley gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Hardy off to one side. Coley has closed the distance and engaged Hardy in a clinch.
A short uppercut from Hardy. Coley is pressed up against the cage. Hardy has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Coley down to the mat. Coley avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Hardy swats away the attempt to clinch by Coley. Coley throws a combination. Hardy tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Hardy circles away from the clinch attempt.
Hardy takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Coley bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Coley has hold of Hardy's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Hardy seems comfortable defending it but Coley has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Hardy is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Hardy is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Coley couldn't care less - he's delighted!
