Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Julio Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and rashad sanchez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gracie's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Deadmau5 - Some Chords. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
sanchez tries to close the distance and clinch but Gracie swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
sanchez feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Gracie's calf.
sanchez shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Gracie looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! sanchez has picked Gracie up and slammed him! Gracie can't keep hold of the triangle and sanchez manages to pass to side control!

sanchez cracks Gracie with a big right hand but Gracie just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Gracie goes for an armbar but he's not got it… sanchez turns into him and now he's in Gracie's guard.
Gracie escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. sanchez gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
sanchez wants to control from the top but Gracie keeps moving.

Gracie has his foot on sanchez's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. sanchez works his way back into a safe position though.
