Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Jack Major! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Luiz The Jungle! The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, James Glass and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Major moves into the clinch. Major jumps guard but The Jungle stands there with Major around his waist. Major gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
The Jungle escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Horrible takedown by Major or perhaps it was just good defense by The Jungle which made him look bad. The Jungle takes the fight into the clinch. The Jungle pulls guard successfully.
Major pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. The Jungle is keeping the position for now. The Jungle is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. The Jungle pulls Major in close to prevent any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. The Jungle trying to keep a closed guard but Major is proving a slippery customer.
The Jungle has his hands on Major's head, controlling the position. Major wants to control from the top but The Jungle keeps moving. The Jungle working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Major doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Major manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. The Jungle trying to keep a closed guard but Major is proving a slippery customer.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. The Jungle bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Major's guard. The Jungle is stalling in the full guard. The Jungle postures up.
Major is breathing heavily. The Jungle trying to control but Major is working from the bottom. The Jungle stays in close to Major's body and controls the position. The Jungle decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Major, up you get! The Jungle clinches. The is referee keeping an eye on The Jungle - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
The Jungle is trying to trip Major. He has hold of a leg but Major is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. The Jungle persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Major is trying to keep The Jungle in close.
The Jungle works over Major with some ground and pound from guard. The Jungle with a nice head shot there. The Jungle stands and steps away. Major gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Major tries to clinch but The Jungle is having none of it. The fight stays on the outside here - Major looks like he's thinking about clinching though. The Jungle closes the distance and clinches. Major wants to break free but The Jungle has control.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The Jungle working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Major's head. Major has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but The Jungle can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. The Jungle scoring with some ground and pound. The Jungle won't allow Major to sweep him here. Major controls The Jungle momentarily but The Jungle frees himself. Major being controlled here, momentarily. Luiz The Jungle dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
The Jungle throws a body punch but Major moves out of range. The Jungle moves out of range of the body kick from Major.
The Jungle closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. The Jungle tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. You can see the frustration on Major's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Major is not content to let The Jungle control the position. That's one minute gone in the round. The Jungle lands a decent elbow from side control. Major takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
The Jungle tries for a kimura but Major is defending well. The Jungle wants to lay and pray for a moment but Major keeps working. The Jungle goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Major rolls with the submission and now he's on top in The Jungle's guard! Nice work there by Major! The Jungle is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Major tries to free his leg and advance position but The Jungle is retaining full guard. The Jungle manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Major manages to get himself to full guard.
The Jungle sitting in guard, not really doing much. The Jungle trying to control but Major is working from the bottom. Major throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
Major can't keep his opponent in guard - The Jungle advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The Jungle working Major over with strikes. The Jungle decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up. Major tries to clinch there but The Jungle circles away.
Major will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. The Jungle drives through with a takedown into guard. The Jungle lands a couple of elbows. The Jungle trying to control but Major is working from the bottom. The Jungle is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. The Jungle slips nicely into half guard. The Jungle prevents Major from standing back up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The Jungle seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. The Jungle trying to control from half guard but Major is working away. The Jungle prevents Major from improving his position. The Jungle seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Major does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. The Jungle is looking for a kimura here.
Major wants to control but The Jungle is keeping busy.

Luiz The Jungle showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

The Jungle lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Major! The Jungle wants to control the pace but Major is squirming around nicely. The Jungle stands up from mount. Strange move. Jack Major is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Both fighters are breathing heavily. The Jungle shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than The Jungle was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Major has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of The Jungle is proving hard to escape from. Major stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. The Jungle swivels though and keeps the full guard. The Jungle looking to sweep here. No luck so far. The Jungle not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Major gets a takedown into half guard. The Jungle wants to control but Major is keeping busy and won't allow it. The Jungle looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Major trying to mount his opponent but The Jungle defends it. Major tries to stand and escape but The Jungle actually recovers to full guard. The Jungle looking for a guillotine here but Major defends easily.

That's three minutes gone in the round. The Jungle is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched. The Jungle wants to break free but Major has control.
Major lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Major is trying to break free. Major tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. The Jungle smiles and moves away.
Major misses with a takedown and The Jungle counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Major! The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, The Jungle cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

That's four minutes gone in the round. The Jungle looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! The Jungle is looking to take a break and control but Major is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. The Jungle is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Major is in trouble now - The Jungle has advanced to mount! The Jungle fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
It looks like Jack Major has been cut. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. The Jungle looking to control and managing it successfully. Jack Major has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Major is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Luiz The Jungle comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well The Jungle has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
