Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bob Slaughter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jolly Giant (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Giant has chosen Jolly Green Giant - the Kingsmen as his entrance music. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Jolly Giant enters the cage!

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Seu Braga and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big right from Slaughter misses.
Giant throws a half hearted mid kick.
Slaughter throws a jab but it's blocked by Giant.
The fighters circling - Slaughter throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Giant tries for a takedown but Slaughter sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Slaughter will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Nice defenses there by Giant.
Giant shoots in looking for a takedown. Slaughter tries to sprawl out of it but Giant keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Slaughter manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Giant avoids the body shot from Slaughter.

Giant jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Slaughter walks away with a smile on his face. Giant gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Giant shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Slaughter is trying to defend but Giant finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Giant stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Giant is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Slaughter.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

and Giant counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

Slaughter looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Giant cracks Slaughter with a hook to the temple - Slaughter is on wobbly legs here! Giant swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Slaughter falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Giant wins by TKO!
