Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mike Bell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Drestin Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mike Bell has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mike Bell!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Drestin Black!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Gwen Towbar and Alan Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

It looks like Mike Bell has been cut.

Black avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Bell moves out of range as Black strikes.
Bell digs a good body shot into Black's ribs.

Bell fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Black sprawls well initially but Bell persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Bell is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Black defends it well.

Bell is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Black doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Bell.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Black throws a nice looking combination but Bell bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Black wants to clinch up but Bell keeps it at a distance.
Bell scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Black tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bell swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Black connects with a good right hand that stumbles Bell. Bell circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Bell closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Bell connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Black some visible discomfort.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Bell scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Black doesn't seem bothered though.
