Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Dean (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and God Zilla (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zilla has chosen Gonna fly now as his entrance music. God Zilla will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dean gets a takedown into half guard.

Zilla is trying to stand up here but Dean is controlling him well.

Zilla lands with a hook. Dean tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Zilla throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Zilla pushes Dean up against the cage in a clinch.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Dean wants to stall.
Zilla wants to break free but Dean has control.
Dean takes a knee right on the jaw!
Zilla breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
An inside leg kick lands from Zilla.
Zilla goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Zilla clinches with his opponent.
Dean tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Zilla smiles and moves away.
Zilla dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Dean. That did some damage!

Zilla cracks the inside of Dean's front leg.
Zilla stalks Dean and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Dean's face. Dean staggers backwards, shaken.
Nice body kick there by Zilla.
Dean closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Dean lands in his opponent's guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Dean accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Zilla wants to stand and escape but Dean is having none of it.
Zilla keeping moving, preventing Dean from controlling successfully.
Dean has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Dean looking to sit in guard and control but Zilla gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Zilla decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Dean misses with a kick to the body
and Zilla counters with a nice low kick that buckles Dean's knee momentarily.
Zilla moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Dean throws a head kick that misses
and Zilla counters with a nice uppercut.
Zilla lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Zilla works over Dean's head and body with a nice combination.
Dean shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Dean was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Dean has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Zilla throws a nice outside leg kick.
Dean scores with a takedown into Zilla's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dean throws and elbow that misses. Zilla uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Dean's guard. Nice move by Zilla!

Dean controls Zilla momentarily but Zilla frees himself.
Dean lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Zilla!
Dean has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Zilla's face.
Dean takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Dean, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
