Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Anderson Peacock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sparky Jenkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jenkins is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by The Islander. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Ian Loll and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jenkins looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Peacock!
Peacock is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
Jenkins jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Peacock is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Peacock and Jenkins has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Jenkins working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Peacock tries to escape but Jenkins is in control.
Peacock trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
Jenkins is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Peacock is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Jenkins is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Peacock knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Jenkins wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Peacock, who protects the arm well.
Jenkins tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Jenkins has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Peacock pushes Jenkins away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Jenkins gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Peacock throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done!
Peacock tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Jenkins was well out of range. Poor timing from Peacock.
Peacock wants to slow Jenkins down by chopping away at his legs.
Peacock will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Jenkins closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Peacock to the mat! Peacock manages to get full guard.
Jenkins is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Peacock is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Peacock has escaped and now he's on top!
Peacock stands up from guard. Let's bang!
Anderson Peacock seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Peacock throws a low kick, looking for Jenkins's leg but Jenkins calmly moves out of range.
Peacock throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Peacock throws a hook to the side of Jenkins's head but Jenkins sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Peacock throws out a loose jab but Jenkins uses good head movement to avoid it.
Peacock misses with an uppercut. Jenkins saw that one coming.
Peacock will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Peacock misses with a double jab.
Peacock misses with a looping left.
Jenkins keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Peacock.
Jenkins shoots in but no luck this time.
Jenkins tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Peacock swivels and escapes.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Peacock pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Peacock stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Peacock wants it to stay on the feet.
Anderson Peacock has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sparky Jenkins.
Peacock wants to slow Jenkins down by chopping away at his legs.
Jenkins fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Peacock sprawls well initially but Jenkins persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Jenkins is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Peacock doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Jenkins.
Jenkins prevents Peacock from standing back up.
Jenkins is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Peacock wants to get back to his feet.

Sparky Jenkins dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Peacock will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Jenkins has a takedown stuffed.
Jenkins closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Jenkins is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Peacock defends it well.
Jenkins is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Peacock manages to escape and get back to his feet!
Peacock looks to score with a jab to the body but Jenkins is just out of range.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Peacock on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

Jenkins slips under a jab from Peacock.
Peacock tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Jenkins feints and as Peacock raises his hands in defense, Jenkins changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Peacock is looking to stand up but Jenkins isn't so interested in that idea.
Jenkins drops back looking for a leg! Peacock is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Peacock manages to kick Jenkins off! Jenkins jumps back into Peacock's guard.
Peacock knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Jenkins on the ground.
Jenkins is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Jenkins drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Peacock dives on top into guard.

Peacock would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Jenkins working for a triangle but Peacock defends it easily.
Jenkins has his foot on Peacock's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Peacock works his way back into a safe position though.
Peacock won't allow Jenkins to sweep him here.

Peacock is sitting in close to Jenkins's body. Jenkins has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Peacock is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Peacock is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Jenkins.
