Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Flap Jacks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adam Remariez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Flap Jacks has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Flap Jacks! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Adam Remariez! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Alan Glass and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Remariez shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Jacks defends it nicely. Jacks looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Jacks scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Remariez steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Jacks. Jacks misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Remariez.
Jacks throws a series of punches but Remariez avoids them all with ease. Remariez gets in close and instigates a clinch. Remariez is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. Remariez wants to get back to striking at distance but Jacks won't allow it.
Remariez is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Jacks pulls him back up using the underhooks. Remariez drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Jacks gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Flap Jacks has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Adam Remariez. Jacks wants to break free but Remariez has control.

Remariez is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. Remariez doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Nice takedown defense from Jacks. No joy for Remariez on that attempt. Remariez feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Remariez wants to control from the top but Jacks keeps moving. Remariez throws a big right hand that misses. Remariez passes Jacks's left leg - he's now in half guard. Remariez seems to be working for a kimura but Jacks defends the submission attempt. Remariez is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Remariez seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Jacks does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Remariez is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Jacks's half guard. Remariez thows a huge punch but Jacks dodges it nicely.
Remariez tries to pass the half guard into mount. Jacks knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Remariez looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Remariez is looking to take a break and control but Jacks is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Remariez in particular looking to stall. Remariez is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Jacks pushes Remariez off looking to stand but Remariez dives back in and keeps control.
Remariez seems to be working for a kimura but Jacks defends the submission attempt. Remariez wants to work for an arm triangle but Jacks is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Remariez is working for a submission of some sort.

Remariez shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Jacks but Jacks pushes him off and we're back to square one. Jacks throws a shot from downtown. Remariez moves away and avoids it. Remariez looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Flap Jacks seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Remariez closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Jacks wants to get back to his feet. Remariez is looking for a kimura here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Jacks pushes Remariez off and gets back to his feet. Flap Jacks is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jacks leaves Remariez with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Flap Jacks has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Adam Remariez. Jacks scores with a jab to the jaw. Remariez moves away from the strike by Jacks. Remariez shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Jacks defends it nicely. Remariez shoots in but no luck this time. Remariez takes a jab right on the kisser.
Remariez fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Jacks sprawls well initially but Remariez persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Remariez is trying to control. Jacks wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Jacks is trying to stand.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Remariez tries to pass to full mount but Jacks defends it. Remariez prevents Jacks from standing back up.
Remariez wants to control but Jacks is keeping him busy. Remariez might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Jacks kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Jacks scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Remariez tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Jacks swivels and escapes. A left lands for Jacks. A cross from Jacks lands. Jacks swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Remariez throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jacks's waist but Jacks gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Remariez off to one side. Remariez moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Good standup being displayed there by Jacks as he connects with a hook. Jacks moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Jacks ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Remariez moves away. Remariez drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Remariez trying to control the action but Jacks is working from the bottom. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Adam Remariez showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Remariez misses with a hook. Jacks ducked under it nicely. Remariez staying out of range there. Jacks lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Remariez circles away quickly and effectively. Remariez shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Jacks pinned against the cage. Jacks gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Jacks throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Remariez looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Jacks! Jacks is squirming around, avoiding Remariez's attempts to control the action. Remariez throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jacks tries to buck Remariez off but he can't manage it. Remariez controlling from the full mount. Remariez wants to control the pace but Jacks is squirming around nicely. Jacks is really trying hard to get back to his feet.
Remariez looking to control and managing it successfully. Remariez has isolated one of Jacks's arms. Jacks looking to fight him off but Remariez twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
