Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Slim Shady (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rudolph Paulus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shady kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Til I Collapse. Slim Shady could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Rudolph Paulus's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Tiny Johnson and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shady closes the distance and pushes Paulus back into the cage.
Paulus jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Shady walks away with a smile on his face. Paulus gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Shady slaps away a takedown attempt from Paulus, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Paulus shoots in and bounces Shady off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Shady fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Paulus, pushing him back against the cage.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Shady closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
