The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
wand throws a quick inside leg kick.
Azevedo tries to clinch up but wand circles away and keeps his distance.
wand shoots in but Azevedo avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Azevedo scores with a shot to the body.
A swing and a miss from Azevedo.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Azevedo clinches up against the cage.
Azevedo escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

It looks like milo wand has been cut.
Azevedo looks to land a combination but wand avoids it well.
I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Azevedo has cracked wand with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Azevedo lands another huge swinging hook and wand tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save wand, before Azevedo can land any more shots!
