The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Diefenbaker tries to bum rush Bridge with a series of wild strikes but Bridge uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
The fighters circling - Diefenbaker throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Diefenbaker lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Bridge has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Bridge and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Bridge takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

Bridge throws a series of strikes that have Diefenbaker backpedaling.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Diefenbaker is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Bridge.
Diefenbaker throws a shot from downtown. Bridge moves away and avoids it.
Diefenbaker throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Diefenbaker lands a hook that stumbles Bridge back into the cage. Diefenbaker follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Bridge to the canvas! Diefenbaker pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Bridge has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
