Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Esteban Guzman!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Luis Engracia and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kilo tries to clinch but Guzman moves out of range.
Guzman tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Kilo was well out of range. Poor timing from Guzman.
Guzman ducks under a wild hook from Kilo.
Kilo with a nice cross.
The fight stays on the outside here - Kilo looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Guzman lands with a thumping leg kick.
Kilo doesn't manage to clinch there - Guzman circles away.
A slapping leg kick lands for Kilo.
Kilo lands a nice shot that snaps Guzman's head back.
Guzman moves out of range of the body kick.
Guzman throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
It looks like Johk Kilo has been cut.
Kilo throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Kilo misses with a few strikes there.
Kilo throws a head kick that misses
and Guzman counters with a slapping leg kick.
Kilo lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Guzman circles away quickly and effectively.
Guzman takes the fight into the clinch.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kilo tries to circle away but Guzman has him pinned against the ropes.
Guzman lands an elbow inside that Kilo shrugs off.
Kilo misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Guzman escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Kilo looks to clinch
and Guzman counters by moving into the clinch.
Guzman landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Kilo is breathing heavily.
Guzman stalling.
Guzman breaks the clinch.
Guzman scores with a leg kick.
Kilo throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Guzman.
Kilo moves out of range of the strikes.
Kilo closes the distance but Guzman moves to the side
and Guzman counters with a head kick from the bowels of hell that crumples Kilo! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Esteban Guzman!
