Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sebastian Fisticuff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lyoto Machida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fisticuff comes to the ring accompanied by God Save the Queen. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Felipe Paraventi and Edson Gomes.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Machida misses with an uppercut.

Fisticuff avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Fisticuff throws a one two combo.
Fisticuff keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Machida.
Machida throws a shot from downtown. Fisticuff moves away and avoids it.

Fisticuff digs a good hook to Machida's body.

Machida feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Fisticuff sprawling to the canvas! Fisticuff rolls over backwards and springs off the ropes and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Machida finish him?!

Fisticuff is rocked!

It looks like Sebastian Fisticuff has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Fisticuff throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Oh Fisticuff is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Machida throws a hook but Fisticuff avoids it easily.
Machida throws a jab when Fisticuff was well out of range.
Fisticuff seems to have got his legs back now.
Machida walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Fisticuff does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Fisticuff throws a leg kick but Machida sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Machida takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Fisticuff walks into a jab.
Fisticuff lands a nice hook to Machida's body. Machida takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Machida looks gassed!

Fisticuff dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Fisticuff lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.

Fisticuff fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Machida.

Machida takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Fisticuff jabs at Machida's body.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Fisticuff lands with a nice combination. Machida backs away looking to recover.

Fisticuff lands with a big left! Machida is wobbled badly! Fisticuff comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Machida to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.
