Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Andre bryan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mondo Davidson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Davidson has chosen The Sounds-Beat Box as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, William Peck and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
bryan shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Davidson pinned against the cage. Davidson gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
bryan tries to score with a low kick but Davidson moves his leg out of the way.
bryan tries to clinch but Davidson is having none of it.
Davidson shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. bryan manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
bryan pulls Davidson in close to prevent any damage.
Davidson postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
bryan is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

and Davidson counters with a shoot takedown. bryan fights it but they end up in guard.
bryan has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Davidson off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

and bryan counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
bryan wants to control from the top but Davidson keeps moving.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Mondo Davidson showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

and Davidson counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Davidson slips a jab and a cross from bryan.
bryan tries to score a power double leg takedown but Davidson sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten bryan somewhat.
No luck for bryan with that takedown attempt.
Andre bryan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Davidson rushes bryan and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Davidson breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Davidson shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Davidson showed some decent athleticism there.

Mondo Davidson comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Davidson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
