The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bogan wants to clinch up but Hathaway keeps it at a distance.
Hathaway tries a head kick but it misses.
Hathaway misses with a jab, cross combination.
Bogan shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Hathaway but Hathaway pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Horrible takedown by Bogan or perhaps it was just good defense by Hathaway which made him look bad.
Hathaway closes the distance and lands a one-two.

It looks like Andy Bogan has been cut.
Hathaway throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
