Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Lance Storm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Spyde Radic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lance Storm has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 5 - 1, fighting out of New York, Lance Storm! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Spyde Radic! The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Columbo Gatti and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Storm tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Radic with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
An inside leg kick lands from Radic. A kick lands to the mid section there for Storm. Radic avoids the head kick by Storm.
Radic slips a jab and a cross from Storm.
Radic bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops Storm! He dives into his guard looking to finish!
It looks like Lance Storm has been cut. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Radic trying to stand up but can't free himself from Storm's guard. Storm keeping full guard, as Radic tries to pass. Storm looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Radic preventing the sweep. Radic postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Radic wants to get up but he can't break Storm's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Storm looking to control.
Radic has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Radic is looking to stand up but Storm won't let him.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Radic lands a high kick!

Radic passes into half guard. Storm looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Radic is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Storm defends it well. Radic decides to stand up. Radic moves into the clinch.

Radic pulls guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Radic has his foot on Storm's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Radic loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Radic trying to control the position from guard on top but Storm is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Radic slips nicely into half guard. Radic wants to pass the guard but Storm is defending well. Radic wants to control but Storm is keeping him busy. Radic is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Storm has managed to free his arm - good work. Radic looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Radic is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Radic stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Storm looks to land a body kick but Radic moved away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Radic throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Radic moves into the clinch. Storm blocks an elbow strike. Radic lands an elbow that stopped Storm in his tracks for a moment. Storm throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Radic blocks it with crossed arms. Radic tries a knee to the head but Storm blocks it.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Radic is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Storm is surviving well by controlling Radic's body position as best he can. Storm tries to hold on but Radic postures up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Radic takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Radic working for a submission but Storm is keeping him at bay. Radic pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Radic unloading with bombs! Radic lands a big shot there that rocks Storm but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Spyde Radic has got the better of the ground game so far. Storm wants to hold on but Radic pushes him away. Storm reaches up to try and control the position but Radic seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Storm rolls and tries to escape and now Radic has his back!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Storm fending off the submission attempt from Radic. Storm is defending well here and trying to improve his position.
Radic is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.
Radic is trying to stick to Storm's back but Storm is turning into Radic. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Radic's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Storm. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Radic clinches. Radic has hold of one of Storm's legs. Storm is fighting the takedown attempt but Radic gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Radic passes Storm's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Radic is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Storm tries to control the position but Radic now has his back.

And that's the end of the fight! Spyde Radic comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Radic has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
