Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between even Bell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Igor Alencar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, even Bell! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Igor Alencar! The judges for this bout are James Glass, William Gold and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice takedown defense from Alencar. No joy for Bell on that attempt. Bell throws a right and a left that Alencar avoids nicely. Alencar throws a head kick but Bell moves out of range.
Bell throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Alencar's waist but Alencar gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bell off to one side. Alencar feints and as Bell raises his hands in defense, Alencar changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Bell is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Alencar is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Alencar pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Bell is keeping the position for now. Bell is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Alencar trying to control but Bell is working from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Alencar gets to his feet. Bell looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Bell shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Alencar looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Alencar tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Bell manages to move to mount!
Bell sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Alencar tries to hold on but Bell postures up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Alencar is trying to stand. Bell tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Alencar looks gassed! Bell trying to control but Alencar is having none of it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Alencar is trying desperately to improve position. Bell controlling from the full mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
The referee stands the fighters back up. even Bell just wasn't active enough from the dominant position. Bell drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Bell loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Alencar looking to control.
Bell stands and steps away. Alencar gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Bell throws a lazy head kick and Alencar counters with an outside leg kick.
Bell scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Bell throwing shots but missing, from side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Bell shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Alencar defends it nicely. Alencar shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Bell sprawls well. Bell wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Alencar gets slowly back to his feet. Some wild striking there from Bell.
Alencar throws a head kick that half lands.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Alencar shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Alencar was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Alencar takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bell tries to hold on but Alencar pushes him away. Bell is trying desperately to improve position. Bell tries to lock up and control but Alencar gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Bell throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing. Alencar avoids the attempt from Bell to control. Bell working to try and regain half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Alencar trying to control but Bell is having none of it. Alencar is trying to control here but Bell has managed to regain half guard.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Alencar gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Bell to score an easy takedown into full guard. Alencar is trying to keep Bell in close.
Bell is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Bell avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bell passes easily into side control. Nice work. Bell wants to control but Alencar is keeping him busy. Alencar tries to strike from the bottom but misses. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. A lull in the action here as Bell stalls from top position. Bell trying to control the position but Alencar is working away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that even Bell will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Bell lands a jab-cross combination. Alencar throws a half hearted mid kick. Alencar closes this distance looking for a takedown but Bell circles away. Bell throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Bell doesn't manage to clinch there - Alencar circles away.

Alencar avoids the head kick by Bell.
Bell shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Alencar pinned against the cage. Alencar gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. A combination from Bell does no damage. Alencar scores with a leg kick.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Alencar shoots for a double leg takedown but Bell sprawls well. He's pushed Alencar's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Alencar tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bell swats him away and circles back towards the center. Alencar looks to land a combination but Bell avoids it well. Alencar with a lazy takedown attempt and Bell counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Alencar is lucky that one didn't land flush. even Bell has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Igor Alencar. Bell shoots for a double leg takedown but Alencar sprawls well. He's pushed Bell's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Alencar tries to clinch up. Alencar shoots in but Bell avoids the takedown attempt easily. Bell connects with a high kick. Alencar shoots for a takedown but Bell saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Bell scores with a takedown into Alencar's guard. Bell has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Alencar is proving hard to escape from.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bell throwing strikes but missing. Bell decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Alencar, up you get! Alencar tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bell swats him away and circles back towards the center. Alencar doesn't manage to clinch there - Bell circles away.
Bell looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Alencar is looking to stand up but Bell isn't so interested in that idea.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Alencar is controlling Bell's posture. Alencar is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Bell works a leg free and moves into half guard. Alencar is staying active underneath Bell, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Bell gets to his feet - back to striking we go! Bell has a takedown stuffed.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Alencar keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Bell blocks a head kick by Alencar.
Bell closes this distance looking for a takedown but Alencar circles away. Bell shoots for a double leg takedown but Alencar sprawls well. He's pushed Bell's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Bell gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Alencar stops a takedown attempt from Bell.
Alencar breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Alencar throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Bell counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Igor Alencar has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! even Bell is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Alencar is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Bell pulls his head out easily.
And that's the end of the fight! even Bell showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Bell, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
