Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Nick Taylor!
The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Matheus Silva and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taylor shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Alexssandro pinned against the cage. Alexssandro gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Carlos Alexssandro seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Taylor shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Alexssandro defends it nicely.
Alexssandro doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Taylor decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Alexssandro's guard.
Alexssandro is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Taylor is aware though and is defending well.
Alexssandro will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

Alexssandro has his foot on Taylor's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Taylor works his way back into a safe position though.

Alexssandro tries to kick Taylor off but Taylor keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Alexssandro has his takedown stuffed
and Taylor counters with a nice double leg into side control. Alexssandro won't be happy with that.
Alexssandro knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Taylor on the ground.
Taylor has hold of Alexssandro's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Alexssandro seems comfortable defending it but Taylor has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Alexssandro is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Alexssandro is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Taylor couldn't care less - he's delighted!
