Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Artrytydo Kometa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Randy Couture (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Randy Couture is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kometa cracks a nice hook into Couture's ribs.
Kometa tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Couture paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Kometa fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Couture shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Couture showed some decent athleticism there.

Kometa is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Couture fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Kometa sprawls well initially but Couture persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

and Couture decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Kometa's guard.
Couture must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Couture throws a strike but Kometa rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
