Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between The Opossum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and German Titov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Opossum comes to the cage accompanied by Slayer- Postmortem. German Titov is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Matheus Silva and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Titov gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Opossum to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Opossum is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Opossum tries to free his leg and advance position but Titov is retaining full guard.
Titov trying to keep a closed guard but Opossum is proving a slippery customer.
Opossum got a little sloppy there for a moment and Titov has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Opossum has managed to get both his arms back between Titov's legs - danger averted.
Opossum prevents Titov from getting back to his feet.

Titov has a closed guard, preventing Opossum from standing up.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Opossum closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Opossum is trying to control the action in half guard but Titov is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Still in half guard, Opossum seems content to control.
Opossum wants to control but Titov is keeping him busy.
Opossum is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Titov changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Opossum looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Titov is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Opossum has escaped the position, nice work there.
Opossum gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Titov is squirming around, avoiding Opossum's attempts to control the action.

Titov is trying to reverse the position but instead Opossum has taken his back - oops!

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Opossum is cranking Titov's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Titov! He's tightened the choke and Titov is tapping out!
