The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Wesley Smith and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
parris lands with a nice combination. Goes backs away looking to recover.
It looks like Robson Goes has been cut.
Goes looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Goes stuffs the takedown.
No luck for parris with that takedown attempt.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Goes.
parris shoots in for a takedown but Goes shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
parris wants to stand but Goes has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Goes knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for parris on the ground.

Goes is looking to regain half guard here but parris keeps moving and retains side control.
