The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Masters fails with the takedown.
Cridell stuffs the takedown attempt from Masters. Masters gets slowly back to his feet.

Churko Cridell seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Masters rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Cridell moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Masters has Cridell pressed against the cage, preventing Cridell from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
