Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Fred Prateado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Javier Aquila (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Aquila has chosen The Ultimate Fighter as his entrance music. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Fred Prateado!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Javier Aquila!
The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Aleksandr Martynov and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aquila gets a clinch.
Aquila gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Prateado regains guard.
Aquila drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Prateado manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Aquila has Prateado in his guard.
Prateado passes Aquila's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Aquila gets back to full guard.
Aquila pushes Prateado off and gets back to his feet.
Nice body punch from Aquila.
Prateado wants to clinch but Aquila slips to the side
and Aquila counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Aquila drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Aquila jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Prateado is trying to hold Aquila in close to prevent damage but Aquila has managed to pass into half guard.
Aquila is trying to work for a kimura but Prateado is defending well.
Aquila frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Prateado is in all sorts of trouble here.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
The crowd cheers as Prateado lands an impressive looking overhand right. Aquila doesn't seem phased though.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Aquila thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Prateado tries to close the distance and clinch but Aquila swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Prateado throws a head kick but Aquila moves out of range.
Aquila swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Aquila is trying to stand up.
Prateado can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Aquila is looking to escape.

Javier Aquila showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. And we move into the final round!
