Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

and mcgann counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by mcgann.

Yakim bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in mcgann's guard.

mcgann is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Yakim's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Yakim's back!
Yakim is having to fend off submission attempts from mcgann, who is looking to sink in the choke. mcgann doesn't have the hooks in though and Yakim manages to reverse position! He's now on top, in his opponent's guard.

so mcgann counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Yakim wants to stand and escape but mcgann is having none of it.
Yakim manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. mcgann manages to get himself to full guard.
Yakim is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
mcgann is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Well mcgann has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
