Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Katsuyari Monoriku (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chuck Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lee has chosen "Eyes of A Ranger" as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Katsuyari Monoriku!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Chuck Lee!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Jack Bonds.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slapping body kick lands there for Monoriku.
Monoriku tries to clinch but Lee moves out of range.
Monoriku tries a head kick but it misses.
Lee tries to close the distance and clinch up but Monoriku swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Monoriku staying out of range there.
Lee looks to score with a jab to the body but Monoriku is just out of range.
Lee looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Monoriku throws a sloppy head kick and Lee moves out of range easily.
Monoriku ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Lee lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

Lee closes the distance and pushes Monoriku back into the cage.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Lee lands a nice uppercut.
Lee fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Monoriku working aggressively here.
Lee lands a left hand that snaps the head of Monoriku backwards.
Lee is looking to break free of the clinch but Monoriku has double underhooks.
Lee is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
A right handed body shot lands from Lee.
Monoriku jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Lee walks away with a smile on his face. Monoriku gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Lee takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Monoriku has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Monoriku there as he acknowledges the shot.
Monoriku scores with a push kick.

Ouch! a nice leg kick from Monoriku, right into the meat.
Monoriku is looking to clinch but Lee is avoiding it.
Lee takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Lee circles away from the clinch attempt.
Monoriku shoots for a double leg takedown but Lee sprawls well. He's pushed Monoriku's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Monoriku tries to clinch there but Lee circles away.

Lee darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Lee looks gassed!
Monoriku flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.

Lee is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Monoriku trying to hold on to Lee's head to control him but Lee postures up.
Lee prevents Monoriku from standing back up.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Lee wants to stand up but Monoriku has a hold of him and won't allow it.

Lee is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Monoriku is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
