Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sam Hitz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Edmundo Animal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Sam Hitz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Mauricio Rocha and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Animal is trying desperately to land a takedown but Hitz is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Animal.

Hitz will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Animal up against the cage.

Animal goes for a takedown attempt but Hitz pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Animal changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Hitz looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Animal decides to stand up, so the ref orders Hitz to his feet.

Hitz trying to control the position but instead, Animal has worked for underhooks and has pushed Hitz into the cage.
Animal jumps guard but Hitz stands there with Animal around his waist. Animal gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Animal goes for a takedown in the clinch but Hitz prevents it.
Hitz gets through Animal's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Animal is working for takedown but Hitz is calmly controlling the position for now.
Hitz swings wildly with an uppercut but Animal uses good head movement to avoid it.

Hitz pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Animal shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Hitz counters with a series of strikes. Animal will be more careful next time no doubt.

Animal blocks a head kick by Hitz.
Animal shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Hitz manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Animal is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Animal is pushing down on Hitz's leg trying to pass to half guard. Hitz is fighting to maintain full guard but Animal has managed to sneak the leg through.

Animal passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Hitz!
Animal is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet!
Animal shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Hitz napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Animal tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Animal has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Animal thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Animal wants to control but Hitz is keeping him busy.
Animal has knee on belly and moves into mount.

Animal throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage.
Animal wants to control the pace but Hitz is squirming around nicely.
Animal is going olschool here, as he tries to force Hitz to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Hitz shrugs it off.
Animal wants to finish this one by submission but Hitz is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Animal.
Animal working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Hitz turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Animal off and cradles Hitz's limp body as Animal celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:01 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Edmundo Animal!
