And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dean Marsh!
The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Alyssa Summers and Columbo Gatti.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bennet throws a series of strikes that have Marsh backpedaling.

Bennet gets caught flat footed, as Marsh shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Marsh is trying to control. Bennet wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Bennet is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.

Bennet is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Marsh is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Bennet scores with a couple of nice shots.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Marsh can do anything to dispel that myth.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Bennet connects with a nice short shot to Marsh's temple.

Marsh avoids a strike by Bennet and manages to complete a very nice reversal in the process, to end up in Bennet's guard! Fantastic escape!
