The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wilson lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
TheClown looks frusrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Wilson rushes TheClown and presses him up against the cage.
Wilson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

TheClown has Wilson pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Wilson manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
BJ Wilson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Yucko TheClown.
Wilson gets underhooks to prevent TheClown's takedown attempt.
TheClown is working for takedown but Wilson is calmly controlling the position for now.

TheClown changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Wilson fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Wilson bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
TheClown on the wrong end of a nice jab.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Wilson.

and TheClown counters with a single leg into guard. Wilson didn't expect that.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!
