Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mason Storm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Factor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Storm comes to the cage accompanied by Get up. Max Factor is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mason Storm! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Max Factor! The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Shigeki Sano and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Storm misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Factor looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! The fight stays on the outside here - Storm looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Storm takes the fight into the clinch. Storm is pressed up against the cage. Factor has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Storm down to the mat. Storm avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Storm misses with a wild body shot. Factor gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Storm to score an easy takedown into full guard. Factor working a defensive guard here.
Storm has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Storm trying to control the position from guard on top but Factor is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Factor has momentary wrist control but Storm slips an elbow through the middle. Storm drops back looking for a leg! Factor is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Factor manages to kick Storm off! Storm jumps back into Factor's guard. Storm looking to sit in guard and control but Factor gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
That's one minute gone in the round. Factor stopping the sweep attempt from Storm. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Storm wants to stand but Factor is controlling the position. Storm is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Factor defends well. Storm working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Factor doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Factor manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Storm doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Storm is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Storm is looking for a triangle but Factor pushes his legs off easily.
Storm wants to control but Factor passes easily into half guard.
Factor seems to be looking for submissions.
Storm is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Factor pulls his head out easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Storm is trying to get back to full guard. Factor seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Factor is trying to control the action in half guard but Storm is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Storm missing with punches from the bottom.
Storm landing strikes from the bottom. Factor is controlling the pace.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Storm is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Factor's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Factor's back! Storm is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Factor has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here. Factor breaks Storm's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
Factor trying to control but Storm is working from the bottom. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Factor has gone for a leg lock! Storm slips out almost immediately though and dives into Factor's guard. Storm wants to control from the top but Factor keeps moving. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mason Storm dominated that round. The cut man is working on Max Factor's cut. That's time! Back to the action!
Factor circles away from the clinch attempt.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Storm is defended easily by Factor. Factor blocks a head kick by Storm.
Factor avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Factor stuffs the takedown. Storm fails in his attempt to clinch. Factor scores with a takedown into Storm's guard. Factor trying to control but Storm is working from the bottom. Storm manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Storm is looking to work his way around to Factor's back. He needs to be careful though, as he's in danger of losing this dominant position. Storm working the ground and pound effectively.
Storm lands a big elbow. Storm with a couple of short strikes. Storm prevents Factor from getting the reversal. Factor wants to control but Storm is having none of it. Storm dominating with strikes here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Storm trying to control but Factor is having none of it. Storm punishing his opponent with strikes. Storm controlling his opponent. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Storm cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Storm avoids the attempt from Factor to control. Storm jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Factor manages to avoid the submission attempt.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Storm thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Storm tries to advance to mount but can't. Factor is not content to let Storm control the position. Storm tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Factor sneaks back into half guard. Storm is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Storm wants to pass to mount but Factor is defending the position. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Factor is pressing down on Storm's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Mason Storm will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Max Factor's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
Factor fails with the takedown and Storm counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Storm fails with a takedown attempt. Storm tries to clinch up but Factor circles away and keeps his distance. Storm throws a head kick that half lands.
Factor with a poor takedown and Storm counters with a takedown into side control. Storm trying to control the position but Factor is working away. Factor tries to improve position but can't. Storm is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Factor has escaped the position, nice work there. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Storm tries to move to full mount but Factor actually manages to regain half guard. Factor manages to get to full guard.
Storm postures up and lands a big shot to Factor's brow. Storm thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Storm looking to sit in guard and control but Factor gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Factor passes into half guard. Storm has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Factor is working away from the top position though. Factor has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Storm manages to regain half guard. Good work. Storm is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Factor pulls his head out easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Factor performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Factor is looking for a kimura here.
Storm is refusing to be controlled, as Factor sits in half guard. Storm has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Factor is working away from the top position though.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Factor is looking to take a break and control but Storm is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Storm is defending against the submission attempts here by Factor.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Storm looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Factor is fending him off so far but Storm persists. Nope, Factor circles away and we're back to standing. Storm gets in close and instigates a clinch. Factor tries to pull guard but Storm holds him up against the cage and eventually Factor drops back down to his feet.
Max Factor has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Mason Storm is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Mason Storm has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Max Factor. Storm breaks from the clinch.
And that's the end of the fight! Mason Storm showed his dominance in that final round. Well Storm has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
