Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lil Bit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robert Ficarella (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ficarella has chosen Helden by Apocolyptica as his entrance music. Lil Bit has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bit looks to land a combination but Ficarella avoids it well.

Bit jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Ficarella manages to avoid the submission attempt.

Bit creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Ficarella sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Bit takes a body punch but keeps moving.
A cross from Ficarella lands.
Ficarella throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Bit stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Bit shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Ficarella pinned against the cage. Ficarella gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Ficarella lands a really nice looking cross but Bit seems unphased.
Ficarella ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Ficarella gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Ficarella wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Bit has him pressed against the cage.
Bit keeps control of Ficarella as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Ficarella breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Ficarella cracks Bit with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Ficarella drops Bit with a beautiful combination! Bit stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Ficarella is looking for the KO!

Bit is rocked!
Robert Ficarella seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
