The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Steve Montenegro and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Price closes this distance looking for a takedown but Demattio circles away.
Price tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Demattio gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Price won't allow Demattio to get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Price accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Price shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Price was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Price postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Demattio looks a forlorn figure.
Price is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Demattio is surviving well by controlling Price's body position as best he can.
Price goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Demattio is on top in guard.
Demattio throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Price works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Demattio sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Price's guard.
Demattio seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.

Demattio wants to stand up but Price has a hold of him and won't allow it.
