The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones feints and as Szinko raises his hands in defense, Jones changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Jones throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Szinko works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Szinko wants to stand and escape but Jones is having none of it.
Jones is working Szinko over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Jones's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Jones cracks Szinko with a solid left hand.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Szinko wants to stand but Jones is controlling the position.
Jones is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Szinko is rocked!
Jones sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Szinko's guard.
Szinko is still in real trouble! Can Jones finish him?
Jones scores with a big shot! Szinko's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Szinko! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!
