Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wright shoots in for a takedown but Myers shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Myers drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Wright manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Wright wants to improve his position but Myers is controlling well.
Wright makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Wright.
Myers is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Myers postures up in Wright's guard and throws a big left but Wright blocks it.
Myers really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Wright. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Myers is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Myers with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Myers trying to control but Wright is working from the bottom.
Wright escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Myers gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Wright doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Wright is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Myers defends well.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Wright manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Wright is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Wright!
