The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Huggins closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Huggins lands in his opponent's guard. Huggins controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Let's hope that Huggins has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Huggins in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Huggins scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Huggins winds up and cracks Harville with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Huggins sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Harville defending well though. Huggins content to control rather than advance.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Huggins seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Harville is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
