Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Diego Marquez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kaoklai Kenneorsing (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kenneorsing fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Marquez looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Marquez scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.

Marquez is thwarting Kenneorsing's attempts to control the position.
Kenneorsing wants to improve his position but Marquez is controlling well.

Kenneorsing has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Marquez can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Marquez lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Kenneorsing circles away quickly and effectively.

Kenneorsing closes the distance and pushes Marquez back into the cage.
Marquez tries to stall but Kenneorsing uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Kenneorsing tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Marquez just stands there and leans against the cage.
Kenneorsing tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Marquez smiles and moves away.
Kenneorsing moves in looking to clinch but Marquez pushes him off.

Marquez changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Kenneorsing looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Marquez manages to scramble and ends up in full guard, under a barage of strikes . Great composure from Marquez.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Kenneorsing stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Marquez swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Marquez on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Marquez tries to get out of the position.
Kenneorsing looking to sit in guard and control but Marquez gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Marquez lands a nice short elbow.

Marquez goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Kenneorsing turns into him and now he's in Marquez's guard.
