Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Josh Serra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aron Rogers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Josh Serra!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Aron Rogers!
The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Serra shoots in for a takedown but Rogers shows good takedown defense.
Serra shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Serra throws a nice looking combination but Rogers bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Serra tries to score a power double leg takedown but Rogers sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Serra somewhat.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Josh Serra. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Horrible takedown by Serra or perhaps it was just good defense by Rogers which made him look bad.
Josh Serra seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Rogers changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Serra looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Serra has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Rogers is working away from the top position though.

Rogers has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Rogers is looking to take a break and control but Serra is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Aron Rogers showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Serra has left one of his arms exposed and Rogers doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Serra screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
