The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Cecil Peabody and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
smith closes the distance and clinches up with Mayweather, looking for a takedown. smith pushes Mayweather against the ropes but Mayweather circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Mayweather scores with a spinning back kick!
smith moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
smith shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Mayweather defends it nicely.
Mayweather looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
smith chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Mayweather can pounce on him.
smith looks gassed!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Mayweather swinging wilding here.
Mayweather cracks smith with an open hand slap.
Mayweather feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to smith's calf.
Mayweather lands a big right hand that sends smith crashing to the mat! Mayweather stays standing though and waves smith back to his feet!
Mayweather sends smith crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Mayweather is motioning to the referee to let smith up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
smith is rocked!

Mayweather thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on smith if he has to take too many more of those.
An inside leg kick lands from Mayweather.
Mayweather drops smith with a beautiful combination! smith stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Mayweather is looking for the KO!
