Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tim Averill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Trent Acid (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tim Averill!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Trent Acid!
The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, David Schapiro and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Averill shoots in but no luck this time.
Averill closes the distance and clinches up with Acid, looking for a takedown. Averill pushes Acid against the cage but Acid circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Averill shoots in looking for a takedown. Acid tries to sprawl out of it but Averill keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Acid manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tim Averill. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Acid stuffs the takedown attempt from Averill. Averill gets slowly back to his feet.
Averill moves out of range of the strikes.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Averill shoots in for a takedown but Acid shows good takedown defense.
Acid swats away the attempt to clinch by Averill.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Averill throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Acid's waist but Acid gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Averill off to one side.
A swing and a miss from Acid.
Averill looks to land a combination but Acid avoids it well.
Averill fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Averill displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Acid throws out the jab.
Averill shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Acid defends it nicely.
Acid shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Averill manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Acid drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Acid jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Acid is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Acid postures up.
Acid thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Acid drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Acid as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Averill screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Acid! Nice submission victory there!
