Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kukko Hemuli (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tomostorm Nagasaki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Kukko Hemuli!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tomostorm Nagasaki!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Patrick Alders and Aafke Stam.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from Hemuli.
Hemuli throws a right hand that Nagasaki ducks under and follows up with a left that Nagasaki also avoids with ease.
Nagasaki will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Hemuli throws a jab but it's blocked by Nagasaki.
Hemuli throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Nagasaki.
Nagasaki misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Nagasaki slips under a jab from Hemuli.

Kukko Hemuli has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tomostorm Nagasaki.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Nagasaki is defended easily by Hemuli.
Nagasaki dives in and grabs Hemuli's left leg, looking for a takedown. Hemuli pushes down on Nagasaki's head and hops out.

Nagasaki takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Nagasaki is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Hemuli is just riding it out for now. Nagasaki eventually gives up the hold.

Hemuli throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Nagasaki throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Hemuli was covering up waiting for the punch and Nagasaki finishes the takedown easily into guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hemuli wants to get back to his feet but Nagasaki is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Kukko Hemuli will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Nagasaki tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Nagasaki has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Nagasaki is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Hemuli knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Nagasaki is working to tighten is grip on Hemuli's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Hemuli has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Nagasaki is really squeezing tight and eventually Hemuli passes out! Nagasaki breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
