Liddell takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
It looks like Chuck Liddell has been cut.

Smith throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Smith fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Liddell manages to avoid it.
Smith throws a looping overhand right but Liddell ducks down to avoid it.
Smith closes the distance and lands a one-two.

No joy there for Liddell, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Smith connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Liddell tumbling to the canvas! Smith pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Liddell was done - good stoppage!
