The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Welker throws a hook but Head avoids it easily.
Welker clobbers Head with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Head clinches up with Welker and pushes him back against the cage.
Welker lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

Welker breaks from the clinch.

Head lands a left and a right that send Welker crashing to the mat, dazed. Head thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Wes Welker has been cut.
Welker shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Welker is rocked!
Boot Head seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Head throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Oh Welker is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Head slips a jab from Welker.
Head drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Welker right on the button. Welker goes down! Head follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Head gets the win via TKO!
