Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Thiago Junior (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sean Elliott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Elliott's choice of entrance music: Pantera - 5 Minutes Alone. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Thiago Junior! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sean Elliott! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, George Francis and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Junior shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Junior is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Elliott has managed to free his arm - good work. Junior is working for a kimura but Elliott is defending it quite comfortably.

Junior is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Elliott is just riding it out for now. Junior eventually gives up the hold. Elliott wants to get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Junior is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Junior is working for a kimura but Elliott is defending it quite comfortably.
Elliott tries to kick Junior off but Junior keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Junior is working for a submission of some sort.

That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Junior is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Elliott defends it well. Elliott trying to control but Junior postures up.
Elliott tries to roll over but Junior keeps him under control.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Junior circles away from the clinch attempt.
Junior moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Elliott tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Junior paws at him with a jab and circles away. Junior drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Elliott wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Junior manages to pass to side control. Elliott is trying to stand up here but Junior is controlling him well. Junior passes to side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Junior is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Elliott is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Junior is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Elliott has escaped the position, nice work there. You can see the frustration on Elliott's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Elliott manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Elliott really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Junior. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Elliott is trying to stand.
Junior is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Elliott doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Junior. Junior prevents Elliott from standing back up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Junior is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Junior tries to pass to full mount but Elliott defends it. Elliott is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Junior is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Elliott has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Junior is working away from the top position though. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. A punch combination from Elliott misses. Elliott fails with an attempt to clinch.
Elliott with a poor takedown and Junior counters with a single leg into guard. Elliott didn't expect that. Junior slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Thiago Junior dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Junior shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Junior was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Junior is working for a guillotine from mount but Elliott frees his head quite easily.
Junior goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Elliott turns into him and now he's in Junior's guard.
Junior had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Elliott is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Junior Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Elliott's back instead. Junior has his opponent's back and is working for the choke. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Junior has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Elliott has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
That's one minute gone in the round. Junior working for the choke. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Junior is working for the choke. It looks like he might have got it... has he...? Yes! Elliott is tapping out! This one is all over!
