Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vince Borg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Antonio Andrade (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Andrade has a pretty significant injury - he really shouldn't be fighting right now but he's a warrior and he's here none the less! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Borg lands with a nice combination. Andrade backs away looking to recover.
Andrade looks gassed!
Borg scores with a decent looking hook.
Borg lands a nice leg kick that just misses Andrade's sensitive parts.

Borg connects with a good right hand that stumbles Andrade. Andrade circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Andrade takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

A nice inside leg kick there by Borg. That's going to slow Andrade down.
Andrade ducks right into an uppercut from Borg.
Borg will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Borg fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Borg throws a right and a left that both miss.
Andrade walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Borg lands with a thumping leg kick.
Borg is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Borg drops Andrade with a beautiful combination! Andrade stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Borg is looking for the KO!

Borg sends Andrade crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Borg is motioning to the referee to let Andrade up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Andrade is rocked!
Borg connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Andrade momentarily.
Andrade is still on wobbly legs! Can Borg finish him?
Andrade gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Andrade seems to have recovered his senses.
Borg tries to bum rush Andrade with a series of wild strikes but Andrade uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Andrade has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye.
Borg lands a left and a right that send Andrade crashing to the mat, dazed. Borg thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Andrade is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Borg.

Borg clobbers Andrade with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Borg drops Andrade with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Andrade! Borg dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Vince Borg!
