Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Leroy Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Skeeter Gator (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gator is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Drop it Like its Hot. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Frank Dennis and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Gator.
Decent striking displayed by Brown there.
Brown lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Gator circles away quickly and effectively.
Gator displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Brown throws out the jab.
Gator changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Brown tries to avoid it but Gator manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Brown to the ground. Brown escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Gator is trying desperately to land a takedown but Brown is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Gator.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Gator might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Brown has got the better of the exchanges.
Gator looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
