Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Antony McNally (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy Coleman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Antony McNally! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tommy Coleman! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Chris Downing and Tiny Johnson.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McNally looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. McNally is looking to clinch but Coleman is avoiding it.
Coleman looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. McNally takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
McNally leaves Coleman with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. McNally throws a series of punches but Coleman avoids them all with ease. Coleman swats away the attempt to clinch by McNally. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Coleman closes the distance looking to clinch and McNally counters with a one-two to the body.

Tommy Coleman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

McNally jumps guard and drags Coleman to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. McNally keeping moving, preventing Coleman from controlling successfully. Coleman throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as McNally works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Coleman has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Coleman wants to control from the top but McNally keeps moving. McNally working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Coleman. McNally on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if McNally tries to get out of the position.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Coleman lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Coleman is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Coleman thows a big elbow that misses. McNally can't keep his opponent in guard - Coleman advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Coleman wants to control but McNally is keeping him busy. Coleman takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. McNally knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Coleman on the ground. Coleman prevents McNally from improving his position. Coleman is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and McNally defends it well.

Coleman fails with the takedown and McNally counters with a series of strikes. Coleman will be more careful next time no doubt. Coleman tries to clinch but fails miserably letting McNally counter with a right hand. Coleman takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
McNally throws a hook but Coleman avoids it easily. Coleman throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around McNally's waist but McNally gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Coleman off to one side. McNally lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Coleman circles away quickly and effectively. McNally lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by McNally.
McNally looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Coleman! The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. McNally controlling the position easily from mount.

Coleman wants to hold on but McNally pushes him away. McNally throwing shots from mount but they're not landing. McNally avoids the attempt from Coleman to control. Coleman throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. McNally tries to control but Coleman wriggling away. Coleman wants to control but McNally is having none of it. Coleman manages to regain half guard. Good work. Coleman is refusing to be controlled, as McNally sits in half guard. Coleman is trying to get back to full guard.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. McNally is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Coleman works his way to full guard. Good work. Coleman is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Coleman looking to sweep here. No luck so far. McNally wants to control from the top but Coleman keeps moving. Coleman manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
 That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. McNally flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.
Coleman trying to control but McNally is having none of it. McNally is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

and McNally counters by moving into the clinch. Coleman keeps control of McNally as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. McNally can't get the takedown.
Coleman gets control of McNally's arms and successfully pulls guard. Coleman will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Coleman trying to control the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. McNally wants to get up but he can't break Coleman's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Coleman trying to keep a closed guard but McNally is proving a slippery customer.
 Despite being in the dominant position, Tommy Coleman just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Horrible takedown by Coleman or perhaps it was just good defense by McNally which made him look bad. Coleman throws a predictable looking body shot
and McNally counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Coleman wants to clinch but McNally slips to the side
and McNally counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Coleman will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

 The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Coleman lands with a right hand. Coleman slips under a jab. Coleman shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as McNally sprawls well. McNally wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Coleman gets slowly back to his feet. Antony McNally has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tommy Coleman. McNally circles away from the clinch attempt
and McNally counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. McNally is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. McNally looking to sit in guard and control but Coleman gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. McNally keeping moving, preventing Coleman from controlling successfully. Tommy Coleman has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Antony McNally is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. McNally not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
And that's the end of the fight! Antony McNally showed his dominance in that final round. Well McNally has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
