The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some bone on bone action there as Williams checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Williams checks the leg kick.
de Silva walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Williams checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Williams turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Williams moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
William Williams seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A big right from de Silva misses.
Williams lands a head kick. de Silva smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
It looks like Luca de Silva has been cut.
de Silva blocks a head kick by Williams.
de Silva moves out of range as Williams throws a body kick.
Williams misses the shot to the body.
A slapping body kick lands there for Williams.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
de Silva fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Williams.
Williams throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
de Silva rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Williams moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

A decent looking body kick lands there for Williams.
Williams lands a high kick!
Williams throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Williams avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
de Silva blocks a head kick by Williams.
Williams throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Williams throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Whack! Williams lands a heavy head kick that drops de Silva. The ref tackles Williams to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because de Silva was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). William Williams!
